AllAyurveda.com is an Ayurvedic and natural wellness platform launched way back in 1998. The brand successfully acts as an aggregator and helps people solve and manage their healthcare and lifestyle needs with the help of Ayurvedic products.
All Ayurveda's major lookout was to strengthen their brand on the digital note so they could connect with more people. In a saturated marketplace where products set the same unreachable standard, they called on Digitale to craft their website in an optimised manner that transcended the market. All Ayurveda's real goal was not only to reach their target audience, but to transform them into advocates for better sales on the website.
The Exploration Phase
Our Digitale Team approached the project by sketching variations for the website. We began work by fine-tuning elements of our user experience to make discovery of content and products easy for all website visitors. This process would be closely tied to a better website experience which would result in higher sales and a rewarding customer relationship.
The core base of the project was devised on extensive re-marketing, dynamic display ads and good user experience.
Within the first five months, the project garnered great quantifiable rise in terms of traffic. The stem of traffic on the website increased from 25K per month to over 1.3 lac visitors per month. The variations and changes implemented on the website assisted them to increase new audiences for their product range with increased retention.
Well-strategized media approach and strategies on Facebook and Google pushed users through the sales funnel from the phase of discovery to purchase. The event and conversion optimized ads on Facebook drove higher sales. The Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) displayed on Facebook and Google assisted to expose the entire product catalogue from old to new users. With the assistance of DPA and extensive Re-marketing, we retargeted the audience depending on their actions or inactions and also targeted new and lookalike visitors.
