Graphic Designer

If you know the art of creating visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers through digital channels, then Digitale is the place to be. We are looking for a graphic designer who can combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and creative layouts & websites.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To create visual concepts using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform or captivate customers.
  • To develop overall layout and production design for digital media creatives& website
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop illustrations, gifs and other designsusing software.
  • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
  • Work with content/copy writers to produce final design.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Skills Required:
Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software - Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweaver, After-Effects

Years of Experience:
2-3 years

Search Engine Optimization - Manager

We are looking for an advanced SEO implementer who has a keen understanding of defining strategy and growth roadmap for national and international websites.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Able to do extensive SEO audits, can review and analyze client sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised.
  • Keyword research and placement - Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords.
  • Aware of Google Algorithmic updates and able to do course correction after reading data / trends
  • Place keywords appropriately in copy (both on page and off page content) to gain most search engine traffic.
  • Write effective call-to-action statements
  • Can generate, upload meta tags + descriptions + H1 tags etc
  • Sitemap creation and submission
  • Social Media Engagement: Engaging with multiple people through various social media platforms and getting back links.
  • Ability to identify the right mix of off-page activities + identify the sites where these off-page submissions need to be done
  • Ability to identify and make a paid promotion plan for off-page activities to generate quality backlinks
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office) + Strong command on the English language 
  • In-depth Knowledge of Google Analytics, Web Master and other related tools
  • Ability to do detailed competitor benchmarking, backlink analysis and implement the same in our strategy plan

Performance Marketing - Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leading from the front for all performance marketing team deliverables, optimization, reporting and data crunching for all clients
  • Setup and structuring of the account for continued, ongoing optimization. Ability to generate reports for all platforms
  • Usage of Analytical tools to help provide data backed decision making for brands
  • Complete handling of Google / Facebook / Twitter / Amazon / LinkedIn / Taboola / Outbrain marketing for all clients
  • Client Servicing and Management of performance marketing portfolio for all Digitale brands
  • Biddable Media Planning, Strategy and Projections for new and existing clients
  • Upselling and Cross-selling more media opportunities to clients to increase monthly spends
  • Affiliate Marketing, E-Mail marketing and Mobile App Affiliate Marketing – Helping setup this division and start pitching the same to existing and new clients to truly realize scope of digital.
  • Management of internal team to derive maximum value and achieve maximum resource utilization
  • Communication and contact with the Facebook, Google and other biddable platform teams to be updated about all new ad products and industry updates.
  • Ability to generate, implement and help get pixels, codes and tags placed on client websites. Additionally, knowledge of working on Google Tag Manager is also essential.
